Austin came out to install a Nest Theromastat. After he left, the house started to warm up. Austin came back out and determined the Nest was faulty, and installed a replacement. It works like charm. Austin was freindly, and understanding of our situation. Would recommend Quality Air again.

Could not of been any easier !!!!! High Gratitude to Chen and his crew. Came home after 10 hour work day including a head ache. Just needed to lay down. Well house 82 degrees and climbing. I called quality air and Chen answered immediately. Chen immediately told me he will be over asap. He was already on a call but came quickly. 5 minutes later he told me he needed AC capacitor. Took 5 minutes to run and get part. Less than 5 minutes and the air was back on😀. Great service price and my headache gone 5 stars all around
