The repair man Jimmy G was great he came in found the thermostat was not working at all he told me a price for a new one and took old one off put new one on and it worked again so thank for coming out same day as I called you were a great repair man

Austin came out to install a Nest Theromastat. After he left, the house started to warm up. Austin came back out and determined the Nest was faulty, and installed a replacement. It works like charm. Austin was freindly, and understanding of our situation. Would recommend Quality Air again.

Tommy is always the most pleasant, professional first touch point when I call. She is kind, well spoken, and makes the scheduling process so easy. The crews that come out to our homes are always incredibly professional, service our systems with the highest level of professionalism, and are always very educational when a problem is discovered.
